Opening Video Requirement

To process any return, replacement, or refund request, customers must record an uncut opening video of the package.

This video will be considered valid proof if the product is received damaged or defective.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide a clear and smooth experience for customers purchasing jewellery and accessories from Sanju’s Collection.

Please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Customers must send the uncut package opening video to our official email or WhatsApp number.

  • Without valid video proof, returns or refunds will not be approved.

2. Damage Claim & Replacement Process

  • All damage claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The damaged product must be returned to the address provided by Sanju’s Collection.

  • A replacement will be sent after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • A refund will be issued only if the same product is unavailable.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Products cannot be exchanged for another item or design.

  • If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide suitable available options.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method and payment provider.

5. Delivery & Courier Policy

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

  • Courier partners may make up to three delivery attempts.

  • If the package is returned due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds will not be issued for undelivered packages returned due to customer-related delivery issues.
